Di Bernardo Caffè was founded with a clear goal: to offer and promote truly special coffee blends, born from expertise, research, and deep respect for the raw material.
Before entering the market, we carefully analyzed the existing offerings, observing competitors and studying their products and positioning. Today, the coffee market is broad and highly saturated; being present as just another roastery was not consistent with our vision.
We live in an era where science, research, and development drive innovation in every field. We therefore chose to leverage our knowledge of coffee to develop a product with uncommon characteristics compared to what is already available on the market. This path of study and experimentation has clearly defined our identity: today we offer a coffee that does not enter into direct competition, but represents a niche choice for those seeking quality, specificity, and authenticity.

What We Do
We import raw coffee from the best cultivars from all over the world. Every single batch of coffee undergoes careful analysis to verify the absence of structural imperfections, defects attributable to cultivation or harvesting, and contamination acquired during transport. We package our coffees and blends in various formats, ranging from professional whole beans to freshly ground coffee for domestic use, large-scale distribution, and large-scale retail. We produce capsules and pods in the most common formats and carry out contract manufacturing for specific and customized blends.
